Hello and welcome to Senses of the Soul! I have been a practicing herbalist since 2001. I am honoured to have supported thousands of clients to heal, thrive and increase their sense of consciousness. The focus of my practice is on trauma recovery, archetypes, shadow work, Ascension support and psychospiritual healing.
My own healing journey began many years ago when I became physically ill and then awakened to the healing gifts of herbal medicine. As my body, soul and mind awakened with the power of Plant Spirit Medicine, I also learned to stop minimizing myself, my intuitive gifts and step into my Divine purpose. I began to reclaim my feminine self and live my authentic truth openly and courageously, and through my clinical practice encouraged others to do the same.
In 2009 I became inspired to share my journey and the wisdom I have gathered over my career in my book: Opening the Senses of the Soul: Healing into Wholeness with Nature’s Vibrational Medicine. My book and also my oracle card deck are designed to support people to heal their psychospiritual and psychophysical wounding, connect to their own inner knowing and reclaim their innate relationship with Mother Earth and Oneness using nature’s vibrational medicine.
I believe that everything on the planet and in the cosmos is part of one universal energy field and that every thought and action has the power to ripple out across the world. We are now in the Age of Aquarius and humanity is in the throes of creating a new way of living and being in preparation for the 2032 Golden Age.
I urge my clients and readers that it is time to wake up, shed what no longer serves them and step into their full potential. Illness and chaos will continue to manifest in the body, heart, and mind until we embrace self-responsibility, empowerment, inner wisdom, and heart-centered, eco-spirituality. We can then become conscious co-creators with each other and establish a sustainable and fulfilling destiny on the planet for ourselves and future generations.
