Shifting Sands

In November I traveled to Bucerias, Mexico, which sits in the peaceful Bay of Bandaras (Bahia de Banderas).  It is a large protected bay which has beautiful sandy beaches that stretch from one end to the other, and its shallow profile has made it a seasonal calving and birthing place for female humpback whales.  I was standing at the ocean’s edge looking to the horizon when the strong tide came in to greet me. I felt the pull on my body as the water receded and the strength of it leaving surprised me. As the sand underneath was eroded I needed to shift my footing to stay upright.  I stood on the water’s edge for a period of time, practicing staying still and readjusting my footing as the waters ebbed and flowed around me. After awhile I developed a playful rhythm with the water and sand and did not feel afraid anymore when the next wave would hit. Sometimes the wave was gentle and refreshing, and sometimes the swell when it made its run up the beach almost knocked me over.  However with each wave I grew more confident that I could withstand and adjust as needed to keep my center.

The December Ascension energies see us post Mercury Retrograde (Dec 6th) moving into a new level of mastery that brings rebirthing and also challenges us to continue to adapt and re-adjust to “shifting sands”; to rhythmically move with the changes around us, expand our vibrational frequency without fear and hold a solid intention of going with the flow.   In expanding ourselves in many ways through 2018 we now can become more of a co-creative channel for universal love and generosity.

The learning of  November is being released as is that of the 6th Realm.  As of December 12th we move into the 7th Realm of learning which will give us the opportunity to use our new found shrewdness to expand our talents, self worth, joy and passions. Here are the highlights of what we will have the opportunity to embody via the 7th Realm in December (and until mid Feb 2019):  

*Increased Higher Self thinking, self-empowerment, inner strength and feeling safe on the earth.

*Grounding of spirit forces within the body and the ability to work lovingly on the physical plane.

*Use of the second chakra to create our reality from a world of chaos, with purification when necessary and ability to love each other, the planet and all life.  This then encourages your soul to feel at home in your body and to resonate with the sweet song of belonging on Earth.

* Ability to journey into the mysteries of creative visualization and dream journaling, as used by ancient Shamans.  

* More relief from a sense of powerless, hopelessness, anger, or depression due to physical or emotional trauma being released.

*A strengthening of all forms of communication through an ability to enhance the transfer of information. This could be at an interpersonal level, such as that between two people, or esoterically between Higher Self and earthly self. A sharpening of whichever sense is required for a greater level of communication to take place. This also includes a strengthening of telepathic abilities and clairaudience as well as creative activities associated with the throat chakra such as singing or speaking.

*Re-birthing a new life for yourself, so that there is a rebalancing of the tendency to feel powerless, uncentered, highly emotional, overwhelmed, or unable to move forward with the actions that you want to take. Experiencing any or all of these may lead to anger toward yourself or someone else.  In re-birthing there is a restoration of balance and perspective with your process, and the ability to fully engage in life.

*Yielding to things one has had a "charge" around, that are not so important as to lose one's center; for instance, in an argument, assists recognition of what one is willing to give up.

*Releasing fixations, rigid attitudes, tantrums, inappropriate use of will. This brings clarity, centering, integrity of self, discernment to what is highest option; releases harsh attitudes that create strife among family, friends.  More letting go and compassion will then flow.

As with all Ascension learning we have the choice to use these incoming energies for the our highest good or not.  The universe provides the opportunity and we need to find the courage to seize hold and ride the wave of change to better shores.

Psychospiritual and Psycho-physical symptoms for December: This month is packed with opportunity to increase your sense of self worth and empowerment!  It is time to shine, to not worry about what others think of you, or that you may be punished if you shine too brightly.  Model the good fortune and abundant joy that is yours, and soon someone else will be inspired. Also look for support from others and join new communities or be more open in your current circles!  Be generous with your time and love, reach out in ways your would not have before. There is more opportunity for love, support and friendship in December, so trust others again, know you are stronger and wiser, and that you will attract better circumstances into your life.  The past is done, you have shed what you no longer need, step out more confidently, dream your dreams and challenge yourself.

12:12 - Dec 12th Gateway - a powerful energy gateway that amplifies the NEW in your life. So step out of your comfort zone and take new directions and/or begin new projects and ventures that you have been wanting to do for a long time now.  Open up to others and find new soul family. You can release your fear and anxiety, and only focus on positive thoughts to bring in what you are yearning for.

December 13, 14 - Geminids Meteor Shower. The Geminids is the king of the meteor showers. It is considered by many to be the best shower in the heavens, producing up to 120 multicolored meteors per hour at its peak. The shower runs annually from December 7-17. It peaks this year on the night of the 13th and morning of the 14th.  - expect illumination and more clarity!

December 21 - Winter Solstice - we begin to journey back into the light again!

Dec 22 - Full Moon - The miracle and magic of rebirth is assured!  Whether it is outside of you or inside of you - your faith will be restored in your ability to create your life and navigate the new terrain that is before you.  What you are birthing has more Love at its core. Believe in being supported and supporting others - don’t hold onto past apprehensions around relationships or events.

December 21, 22 - Ursids Meteor Shower. The Ursids is a minor meteor shower producing about 5-10 meteors per hour. It is produced by dust grains left behind by comet Tuttle, which was first discovered in 1790. The shower runs annually from December 17-25. It peaks this year on the the night of the 21st and morning of the 22nd. - this meteor shower will add its energy to the Winter Solstice and Full Moon - amplifying the energies 10x fold!

Nov 16 to Dec 6 - Mercury Retrograde - this is the last Mercury Retrograde of the year.  We dive more deeply into our learning and mastery in order to build another tier on our inner Temple of Light. Pre Shadow phase:  Oct 28-Nov 15. Retrograde: Nov 16 to Dec 6. Post shadow phase: Dec 7-24

December Green Comet:  Comet 46P/Wirtanen will sweep past Earth, making one of the 10 closest approaches of a comet to our planet during the Space Age.
